Automatic age detection
When a student registers via invite, Veevo collects their date of birth. Under-13 accounts are flagged immediately.
Parental consent flow
A consent email is automatically sent to the parent or guardian. The student account stays inactive until consent is confirmed.
14-day auto-deactivation
If consent isn't received within 14 days, the account is automatically deactivated — no manual follow-up needed.
